Why Buy a Half Beef?

Pre-Order: $250 deposit
Final Cost: Calculated once we have a hanging weight, based on your actual meat yield.

Payment: Cow shares are heavily discounted, so we prefer check to avoid losing the 3.5%. We can use credit card for the final payment, but we'll have to add the service charge in.

Pickup: We'll notify you of the date and time. No shipping outside Colorado.
Freezer Space: Plan for at least 9 cubic feet (about 6-8 trays).

  • Ice crystal formation is normal, especially on larger cuts.
