  • Final Cost: Calculated once we have a hanging weight, based on your actual meat yield.
  • Payment: Cow shares are heavily discounted, so we prefer check to avoid losing the 3.5%. We can use credit card for the final payment, but we'll have to add the service charge in.
  • Pickup: We'll notify you of the date and time. No shipping outside Colorado.
  • Freezer Space: Plan for at least 18 cubic feet (about 12-16 trays).

  • Ice crystal formation is normal, especially on larger cuts.
