Denver Steak Two Pack

Here is the deal.

There are three ways to get a steak this marbled:  Genetics (use Wagyu animals), use steroids and lots of corn, or you can wait. Wait? Yep! We put an extra year and a half into our animals, letting them roam while eating a delicious blend of grass, seeds, and small grains.  It took three years to grow this steak and 21 days to dry-age it. 

The Denver steak comes from the chuck primal so it will respond well to marinade and good sear!  Pair with veggies, friends, and great conversation.

*Our Denver Steaks are two to a package and cut 1" thick.
